With over 40 years of experience in retail corporate management, Paula has developed expertise in recruitment, training, planning, and collaborative work.

As a business owner, Paula operates Huntley Consulting, offering services that include event planning, coaching, recruitment, and mentorship. She has a history of organizing events aimed at empowering women in business, such as the "Powerful Women in Business" event held in Kentville

Beyond her professional endeavors, Paula is deeply committed to community service. She has served as a councillor for the Town of Kentville, contributing to local governance and community development
